    Abstract

This proposed system is a system that will be useful for the learning of historical sites if the system has successfully been developed. This system is going to apple Augmented Reality (AR) technology which has the purpose to increase the interest of the user in the learning of historical sites. The structure of Lenggong Valley will be designed as a 3D model that allows the user to view the whole structure of the historical site virtually in this proposed system. The 3D structure of the historical site aims to allow the users to understand and learn about the historical site in a different way compared to the traditional way which is also known as visual learning so that the user can understand the historical site easily and thoroughly. This proposed system will be developed using ADDIE mode. Therefore, the Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate will be carried out consecutively to ensure the stages are being clearly defined and the implementation of effective training tools will be facilitated. The novelty of the system includes AR module which is used to create the 3D structure of Lenggong Valley, a virtual tour module that allows the user to visit Lenggong Valley virtually and an interactive map module that let the user visit the pinpoint location within Lenggong Valley. The developed software is tested using System Usability Scale (SUS) and the Post-Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ). The test is carried out to test the target audience’s overall satisfaction towards the system. The average score of this system tested through SUS is 74.25 which mean that the system is perceived as usable by the target audience. However, the score tested by PSSUQ is lower than average as with the overall usability score of 2.225, System Usefulness score of 2.22833, Information Quality score of 2.66667 and the Interface Quality score of 2.111111. All the score is slightly lower than the average industry score set for PSSUQ which means that the system requires more improvement to increase the system usability.
