The study combines Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with the Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT) to investigate the primary factors influencing the attitude of young adults to adopting intention of these tools, which include trust, perceived risk, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and the impact of the relative advantage of AI, complexities, trialability, observability, and compatibility. The study is timely and valuable because the AI adoption in the finance industry is growing fast, and the tendency to get more interested in AI-driven investment tools. The research reports the obstacles and the incentives affecting the use of these tools, which are crucial information to the financial institutions, fintech firms and policymakers. The findings are expected to contribute to the academic understanding of AI-driven investment tool adoption in the financial sector and inform strategies to enhance engagement among young adults in Malaysia
