    Abstract

    In this project, we will be concerning few workflow automations tools that provided by different provider such as n8n, Zapier and Microsoft Power Automate in letting us to create a complicated system integration workflow using multiple system integration tools. By using API services, these workflow automation tools can enable you write business-critical documents, assign tasks, digitally sign, send, and save or transfer data and files across different platforms. n8n is an open-source and expandable workflow automation platform that used to deploy the smart workflow automation by using the services provided by assist not just industries, marketing, or company, but also individuals from various backgrounds by automating their daily workflow tasks, whether at work or in their everyday lives. While Zapier is an easy-to-use automation workflow platform that allows developers and businessmen to automate workflows by integrating their programmes with hundreds of APIs for various apps. But, in Zapier, it required user to pay for certain amount of money in order to use the services provided by them. Microsoft Power Automate was originally known as Microsoft Flow. It is an automation workflow platform that allows users to construct automated workflows that will help them manage all of their daily regular workflows more efficiently and effectively. However, it was only providing 90 days of free licence on using the Power Automate. This project is a low code project and aims to let student know the power of automation that may improve their life. For each of us, time is quite valuable. Almost everyone does the same things every day, which causes them to be inefficient in completing their tasks and, as a result, to have poor time management. With automation, their work or task may be completed at the same time, allowing them to increase their productivity. Aside from that, their great efficiency allows them to better manage their time.
