    Abstract

This project proposes the development of a Pet Care Experience Platform with the goal of improving interactions between pet owners and groomers. Considering Malaysia's expanding pet ownership, which has resulted in a high demand for professional grooming services, the initiative addresses fundamental issues that pet owners encounter, such as limited access to information and complicated appointment processes. The website includes educational resources, such as blogs with grooming tips and general pet care guidance, with the goal of helping pet owners, particularly those who are new to pet care. A marketplace for daily pet care products is also implemented to offer a convenient one-stop solution. Therefore, users can schedule pet care service appointments and simultaneously purchase essential products for pickup. By streamlining the appointment scheduling procedure, the platform improves the user experience and accessibility for both pet owners and service providers. The suggested system not only aims to improve pet welfare during grooming, but it also helps to promote the pet grooming sector by providing a user-friendly interface that encourages consumer involvement and loyalty. Overall, this project represents an enormous milestone toward upgrading pet grooming services and meeting the changing needs of Malaysian pet owners.
