    Abstract

    Medical devices service industry growth. As the Covidis playing an important role in national economic 19 pandemic arises, medical devices are becoming extremely important in detecting the virus and bacteria while the service representatives are risking their life to maintain the devices in order to ensure the function ability of the devices to better cure the affected patients. It is important f or organizations to be socially responsible to their employees where organizations that takes interests in social practices of corporate social responsibility (CSR) could increas performance and lead to increasing of business performances e their employees’ . This study is aimed to investigate the relationship among internal corporate social responsibility, job satisfaction and turnover intention in the service industry. Five core of dimensions adopted from Albdour et al. (2010) are adopted for internal CS R, while Brayfield and Rothe Model will be utilized to further illustrate the concept of job satisfaction. A total of 385 responses were collected and evaluated and the results revealed that internal CSR and employees’ job satisfaction are positively rel ated to each other. On the other hand, employees’ job satisfaction is negatively related to their turnover intention. Nevertheless, there is no significant relationship between internal CSR and turnover intention.
