Cheang, Shuet Fong (2022) Web-based healthcare report monitoring system. Final Year Project, UTAR.
Abstract
This project is about to design and develop a Web-Based Healthcare Report Monitoring System that provides an innovative way to help the public manage and track their health care records. The desire of the public to gain good health leads to a high demand for healthcare. This web-based system allows the public to use different devices to access the system anytime, anywhere, thereby helping the public to easily manage and track their health care records. The system is implemented with 2-factor authentication (2FA) and reCAPTCHA v3 to provide extra layers of security to protect extremely private health care records. By using this system, users can customize the type of healthcare records based on their needs such as blood pressure, pulse, sugar level, weight, etc. Users can then track their records using timeline, list, or trend chart view. This system also allows users to export their health care records and generate healthcare reports. This system is developed mainly using Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), HyperText Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript, and jQuery.
