The main aim of this project is to develop an accessible portal for BVI children and parents to develop informative and accessible landing pages, user-friendly course registration system and a centralized learning resource management portal. In addressing this issue, the study seeks to support and contribute to the efforts of MAB by developing a structured and comprehensive early intervention support portal. The software methodology involved will be Agile Methodology as this will be the ideal methodology to be used to develop a software incremental with proper user feedback. This approach is chosen for its effectiveness in ensuring that the portal meets the end-user requirement and is accessible and comfortable to be used by people with different levels of visual impairment. The anticipated outcome is to have a fully functioning accessible portal, which may help parents and other stakeholders with tools they need to support the development of BVI Children. This proposal sets the foundation for further exploration and practical application in development of accessible portals or other modules for people with visual impairments.
