    Abstract

    The very main objective of this research is to study the relationship between independent variables which are “Strategic Planning”, “Strategic Formulation”, “Strategic Implementation”, “Strategic Evaluation” and dependent variables which is “Corporate Performance”. The data of this research have been collected through online questionnaires survey and physical distribution as well. The questionnaires were split into two sections: Section A = General Information, Section B = The Impact of Strategic Management towards Corporate Performance – A Case of Malaysian. Section A is closed-ended question and Section B is using five-point Likert scale. In this research, there are 71 sets of questionnaires that are presentable and verified through combination of online and physical distribution. The data were collected and analyze through Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software on version 27.0. The result is beneficial to public, local companies, multinational companies and government where they can continually refine and update their strategic planning processes to remain agile and responsive to dynamic business environments, aligns closely with the overarching goals and values of the organization, establish mechanism to enhance core values, mission, and vision, making adjustments as needed while facilitate the seamless implementation of strategic initiatives. Last but not least, limitations and recommendations have been addressed to assist other researcher for referencing in future study.
