    Abstract

    The research intends to investigate the influencing power of Recognition, Respect, Achievement and Interesting duties affect motivation among employees. The target respondents in the study are Malaysians in 2019. In addition, 200 sets of questionnaire were distributed through online by applying non-probability sampling. A total of 200 questionnaires were collected. The actual data collected will be analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 23. Then, the reliability test and multiple regression analysis are conducted. In this research, result shows that independent variables that are Recognition, Respect, Achievement and Interesting duties have positive relationship with motivation among employees. In addition, this research provides a few reasons that there is significance relationship between both independent variables and dependent variables. Last but not least, the limitations related with this research project were identified and implications for further research were recommended.
