    Abstract

    This study examines the relationship between various factors influencing student satisfaction towards artificial intelligence (AI) in education. The factors considered are Information Quality, Service Quality, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed online to respondents on Facebook, Instagram and Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahmna (UTAR). There are total 243 respondent collected. Analysis was performed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The findings suggest that subjective norms do significantly influence student satisfaction towards artificial intelligence (AI) in education. The factors that influence are Information Quality, Service Quality, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use. Hence, recommendations are made to optimize AI integration in education, including enhancing perceived usefulness and ease of use through training, user-friendly interfaces, and transparent information delivery mechanisms. These kinds of actions are intended to increase student satisfaction and enhance learning results in the digital era
