Abstract

中华民国的成立是20世纪重要的事件之一，它标志着中国由封建帝制迈向现代化国家的转型，也代表着孔教思想在华人群体中地位的变动。马来西亚的第一间孔圣庙学校建立于槟城，而《槟城新报》亦创刊于槟城，两者在地缘与文化上具有密切联系，主观上更能关联孔教在南洋华人社会的发展与舆论场中的位置。本文立定1912年中华民国成立时期，主要通过整理并分析《槟城新报》“言权”栏目中与孔教相关的文章、论述以及点评等要素，试揭示中华民国的成立对海外华人宗教实践的内容和形式，欲为理解过去马来亚华人孔教的历史变迁提供新的研究方向。【关键词】：中华民国、孔教、1912、《槟城新报》、言权、
